Return Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase . We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within (30 days) of the date you received your item.

 Cancel Order
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us ( Yop ) in time after your purchase.

1.If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished,10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2.If after 2 hours,20% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handing fee.

3.Once your order has been shipped out.we will not be able to cancel it for you. 

Return & Exchange
We accept return on products. Customers  has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the receipt (Once beyond 30 days ,we won't offer free exchange or free return service,please keep a good contact during this period).

Damaged or Defective Item
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email (support email address) within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

1. If you want to return it within 7 days, Please keep the item in original condition,Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return and more.

2. 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise ,because Haireshop do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

Step 1
Please contact Yop representatives within 7 days of receipt of your hair via mail.

Please indicate the reason you want to exchange or return your hair,please attach any applicable

Our customer services representatives will process your return within 30 or exchange it with a request within 5 -10 business days.(except for holidays and vacations)

After the return or exchange request has been authorized,our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to you.

Step 3
Please ship hair back to the address we provide you with, please include the order number and a pictuer of the your hair.You're also responsible for the return shipping charge. Again please provide us with a copy of your receipt or packing listing or any other customer documents acknowledging that you did received your property (or) items.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
